BREIN is dom
Stichting BREIN haalt alleen maar acties uit die hun naam geen eer aan doen. Het recht heeft ook geen recht gesproken. Gisteren is in het nieuws gekomen dat The Pirate Bay niet meer toegangkelijk mag zijn voor Nederlanders.
Dit is regelrechte censuur en niet veel beter dan China of ander dictatuur landen.
The Pirate Bay is een BitTorrent tracker en faciliteert in het verspreiden van bestanden. En nee, niet alleen illegale bestanden, je kan daar ook je favoriete Linux distributie downloaden.
Nu weet ik ook wel dat 90% bij The Pirate Buy illegaal is maar: Een rechter sluit een Albert Hein filiaal toch ook niet voor alle klanten als het aantal winkeldiefstallen te groot wordt?
Een een leuk punt: wat denkt stichting Brein nu eigenlijk wel? Dat we nog nooit van een proxy gehoord hebben?

Never reboot again
This is what I have been waiting for: the moment Linux no longer requires a reboot. This is a major selling point for Linux. Windows move over: Linux will rule the enterprise!

Norah likes the pool
My wife and my daughter are on holiday (without me, though I join them after work every day). Norah likes the water so much she want to go into the pool continuously. Every time we are not looking she runs away and goes towards the pool. If we don’t catch her in time she in the pool (She undresses herself before jumping in).
